This filling line specially for 3-5gallons barreled drink water,with series of FM-120, FM-300,FM-450, FM-600,
FM-900, FM-1200. It intergrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing. The washing machine use multi-washing liquid spray and-thimerosal spray. This thimerosal can be used circularly. The capping machine can cap barrel automatically ,this line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterilizer and clean. It also can automatically carry out barrel, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging with complete function ,modern design and high degree of automation. It is a new kind of barreeled water auto-production line, which intergrates mechanism ,electricity and pneumatics technologies together.

1. The 3-5 Gallon Filling Machineis composed of barrel washer, barrel filling machine and barrel sealer into one unit.

--------Working Principles Of Filling Machines--------

Decapper of filling machine
This de-capping machine is designed for 3 & 5 gallon bottle in water production line. It's used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle before rinsing. A combination of digital camera and fiber optic detectors allow to reject the bottles returned in the following conditions: Bottles without caps, Caps without plugs, Caps with just the top part left, Caps partially opened, Not  removed caps.

 

Outside Brush of filling machine
Brushes are motorised and clean the bottle externally. Since they make the bottle spin, the water jet hits not only the bottom but also the sides of the bottle. It's used forall-round cleaning the bottle, significantly improves cleaning efficiency.

 

Washer of filling machine
1. It is designed for 5 washing treatment.
2. It can manage 5 liters to 5 Gallons bottles.
3. Automatic bottle unloads and out load. 
4. Neck handling of the bottle by the grippers.
5. Lack of point with water stagnation. 
6. Automatic disinfection of the rinsing area.
7. Change-over easy and with no downtimes.
8. Easy access for ordinary maintenance.

Filler of filling machine
1. Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable. 
2. Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of
the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only 
work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.

Capper of filling machine
The PRESS-ON CAPPER is a linear machine used for caps applied on the bottle by pressure. It includes: Cap hopper, Canal chute.
Placing system of cap on the neck, Device to snap the cap on the neck. Specific systems to sterilize the caps in order to avoid the contact of contaminating agents present on the cap with the bottle neck. The bottle takesthe cap directly from the canal chute. The snapping of the cap on the bottle neck is carried out through the pressure developed bya belt conveyor, provided with a system to adjust the force in order not to stress the bottle.
