Blowing

The blowing mlos uses high-pressure air to inflate heated preforms into their final bottle shape within a precision mold. Servo motor drives the stretching system. Highly flexible formwork , Low consumption and high productivity.

The main steps of the bottle blowing process of the bottle blowing machine:

1) First put the heated plastic embryo into the mold;
2) Tighten the mold with a clamping cylinder;
3) Use high pressure or mechanical structure to lock the prototype;
4) Medium and high pressure pre-blowing, while stretching the cylinder to expand the billet;
5) High-pressure blowing, the preform is formed according to the mold, and the pressure is maintained for a certain period of time;
6) Release the high pressure in the forming bottle, reset the cylinder - take the bottle.
