Remark	1. The theoretical output is based on 500ml water bottle, the final production capacity is based on the preform, bottle design and volume. 2. The high pressure air consumption is based on the 500 ml water bottle ,the finallconsumption will depend on the bottle volume and capacity.

The main steps of the bottle blowing process of the bottle blowing machine:
1) First put the heated plastic embryo into the mold;
2) Tighten the mold with a clamping cylinder;
3) Use high pressure or mechanical structure to lock the prototype;
4) Medium and high pressure pre-blowing, while stretching the cylinder to expand the billet;
5) High-pressure blowing, the preform is formed according to the mold, and the pressure is maintained for a certain period of time;
6) Release the high pressure in the forming bottle, reset the cylinder - take the bottle.
